Version 2: Adam "Pacman" Jones was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving after hitting a pedestrian following the Bengals recent loss to the Buccaneers.
Version 3: The Cincinnati Police Department has a special elite squad of officers assigned to follow notorious outlaw Adam "Pacman" Jones around the city, wait until he's particularly vulnerable, and frame him for a crime he didn't commit.
